Group Muay Thai Training

At Sumalee Boxing Gym the group Muay Thai classes are designed to cater to all levels of experience, from complete beginners to seasoned fighters. With classes held twice daily, their skilled trainers ensure a balance of technique, cardio, strength, and conditioning. These sessions provide an opportunity to train alongside like-minded individuals in a motivating and fun environment.
