At Lamai MuayThai Gym they have two full size boxing rings, large matted area to do all your training and a strength and conditioning gym with crossfit, weight training.
If you want a different landscape every morning depending on the weather - the instructors take you to the beach for some morning beach boot camp classes. Get fit training by doing some light stretches on the beach to running into to the open waves and enjoy what Koh Samui is all about.
